Hearth’s revenue is exploding. Their payback periods are incredible (we’ve seen the numbers). The revenue is large but the tech team is small, creating large opportunities for impact. The tech team was around 12 as of mid 2021, and plans to continue growing.
Hearth is an excellent fit for full stack engineers who want to focus on front-end work, and work closely with the product team.
