Additional info

If you’re an engineer who wants to make a massive impact and work with sharp and kind people, Juni is an excellent place to join.

The business: Growth has been excellent for the past few years and is continuing, and is already at a strong number.

The team: There’s an emphasis on autonomy and extreme ownership. Engineers own projects from end to end.

There are big opportunities for growth with lots of engineering hiring happening. More senior candidates are a better fit. The focus is on hiring in SF, but the team is becoming more open to remote.

If you join a company, my general advice is to join a company on a breakout trajectory.
